I dunno. I got a Vivo (Asus' windows 8 RT tablet) for my birthday because my spouse didn't understand the difference between android and windows. However, after having it for almost a week, it's steep learning curve was worth it.

The comment she made, worded like she worded it could be interpreted two different ways. One way is "I hate hydrangas, but he probably didn't know that" the other is "I hate hydrangas, how dare he not know that". Language is context and intent.

Not all money that the government spends is "spending" some of it is "investing". Infrastructure money often has a return on investment, and that return is expected, otherwise the money isn't appropriated.
